Welcome to Ararat Box. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, subscriptions, and services. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Ararat Box is a curated box featuring Armenian products, snacks, gifts, and cultural items. Ararat Box is a project of Standing With Our Families Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting meaningful work opportunities for young adults with special needs.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, incorrect information, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and Box Contents

Ararat Box offers curated boxes that may include food items, snacks, beverages, souvenirs, handmade items, cultural goods, and other Armenian products.

Because our boxes are curated and may depend on product availability, the exact items shown in photos, advertisements, emails, or social media may vary from the items included in a specific box.

We do our best to accurately represent our products, but we do not guarantee that every box will include the exact same items or brands shown in promotional materials.

We reserve the right to substitute products with items of similar type, quality, or value when necessary due to inventory, shipping delays, supplier availability, seasonal changes, or other operational reasons.

3. Food Products, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions

Ararat Box may include food and snack products. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product labels, ingredients, allergen information, and expiration dates before consuming any item.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, sesame, and other allergens.

Ararat Box does not guarantee that any product is allergen-free, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal, organic, or suitable for any specific dietary need unless clearly stated on the product packaging.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions, please use caution before consuming any product.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is declined, disputed, flagged as fraudulent, or otherwise not completed.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping addresses, missing apartment numbers, invalid contact information, or customer error.

5. Subscriptions

Ararat Box may offer monthly, prepaid, annual, or other subscription options.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Ararat Box to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription plan you choose.

Subscription prices, billing cycles, renewal terms, and shipping schedules will be shown at checkout or on the product page.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage, pause, cancel, or update their subscription before the next billing date. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, box contents, shipping schedules, or subscription benefits. If required, we will notify active subscribers of major changes.

6. Cancellations

One-time orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription cancellations must be completed before the next billing date. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, supply chain issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Ararat Box is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please first check with your household, neighbors, building manager, local post office, or shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because Ararat Box includes food, snacks, perishable goods, curated items, and limited-quantity products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued in limited cases, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, after our team reviews the issue.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your box arrives damaged, contains a missing item, or includes the wrong product, contact us at support@araratbox.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, or incorrect product

Our team will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

10. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers

Gift cards, discount codes, promotional offers, and store credits may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any promotion, discount, or offer at any time, especially in cases of misuse, fraud, or technical error.

Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep all website information accurate and up to date, including product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, and shipping details.

However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or change product availability at any time without prior notice.

Product photos are for reference and may not exactly match the final box contents.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ararat Box website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, branding, videos, and designs, belongs to Ararat Box or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

You may not use our name, logo, photos, or content for commercial purposes without our approval.

13. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, testimonials, or other content to Ararat Box, you grant us permission to use, repost, display, edit, or share that content for marketing, promotional, or business purposes.

You agree that any content you submit will not be unlawful, offensive, false, misleading, or violate the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse user content at our discretion.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to shipping delays, product substitutions, allergic reactions, customer misuse, lost packages, website errors, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order related to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ararat Box, Standing With Our Families Foundation, and their team members, partners, vendors, suppliers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of our products.
