Ararat Box Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ararat Box. Because our boxes include food, snacks, and other perishable or limited-quantity items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped.
Returns
Ararat Box does not accept returns for any products, including subscription boxes, one-time boxes, food items, gift boxes, sale items, or promotional items.
Please do not send any items back to us without contacting our team first. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your box arrives damaged, contains a missing item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@araratbox.com.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item, packaging, or incorrect product
Our team will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Because Ararat Box includes food and curated specialty products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Food, snacks, and perishable goods
- Subscription boxes
- One-time gift boxes
- Custom or curated boxes
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@araratbox.com, and our team will review the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued in limited cases, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, after our team reviews the issue.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
